A well-trained and politically developed comrade, he is an example in general development and training. He commands respect and authority among his comrades. His moral attitude is absolutely impeccable and he takes an active part in party-political life. He is dedicated to the Party of Lenin and Stalin and the socialist motherland. He deserves to be awarded the Order of the Red Star.
