Order of the Red Star #2700872, Opinions?

I'm interested with this Order of the Red Star, but I'd like to know your opinions first. What do guys you think?

Respectfully, I think the number is 2709872, manufactured 1945, Moscow Mint, but need a higher resolution photograph/scan of the serial number to be sure. Either way, year of manufacture would be the same. Looks as though the enamel on the top ray may have been replaced as well, but I could be wrong... I think it is a good one and worthy of further research!
