Hello all, finally received my research into my second ORS today. Here is the transcript:

Comrade G.Z. Pernyatin was appointed as a radiologist with the Independent Medical Reinforcement Company after a long period away from the field of radiology. Nevertheless comrade Pernyatin mastered operating the mobile X-ray machine in field conditions in a short period of time and in an excellent manner. During the latest combat operations he performed an exceptionally large amount of work.

With his excellent skills in the field of radiology diagnostics he provided an X-ray service for specialized hospitals, frequently aiding the surgeons and the other specialized groups of the Independent Medical Reinforcement Company in rendering top-quality aid to thousands of wounded men. Comrade Pernyatin serviced 4105 wounded and ill men, for whom he conducted 5201 X-ray procedures.

Under his supervision approximately 3000 X-ray pictures were taken without any malfunctions. Having perfectly mastered the X-ray technique, comrade Pernyatin showed tremendous care and initiative in keeping all equipment in the proper technical condition, which enabled the X-ray machine to work continuously for a long period of time.

Thanks to comrade Pernyatin’s tireless and selfless labor, the lives of hundreds of wounded men were saved, and for this labor he deserves to be awarded the Order of the Red Star.
