It's a nice MZPP variant. Manufactured at the Platinapribor Factory in Moscow (Московском Заводе Платиноприбор), in 1945, and representing only 10% of the total production of this order, it was probably awarded early 1945. Note the characteristic small (8mm) mint mark and "sloppy" engraving of the serial number.
