"Д" = "D" and stands for Duplicate.
Duplicate awards were issued in rare cases when original awards were lost in force-major situations.
The thing is that duplicates often have to be treated with more suspicion as usual. This is because they are used as a cover up for fakes. The lower the serial number you see on a duplicate award, the more suspicious you should get.
This one looks not legit to me.

I think 'copy' is not the right term, as it is an original star from 1945 - although in poor condition - with the reverse obviously sandblasted and a bogus number and bogus 'D' added.
