As platoon leader, comrade Gladkovsky has a high level of work discipline and has reduced automobile accidents. He deserves the high Order of the Red Star.

Short, concrete description of his combat feat or merits:
During a short interval during the last operation, comrade Gladkovsky led away nine captured trucks directly from under artillery and mortar fire, which he managed to repair with a selection of spare parts and aggregates. The aforementioned trucks were re-equipped under his supervision and are now being used to transport troops and ammunition.
With his platoon comrade Gladkovsky always brought troops and ammunition to the places where they were required because of the combat situation. Comrade Gladkovsky’s automobile platoon covered 36,000 kilometres without breakdowns and failures.
Comrade Gladkovsky deserves the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd Class.
