Hello gentlemen,

Another star just arrived in my collection. It is numbered 2105152 and produced by Moskovsky Zavod Platinapribor - MZPP. Stars made here are known for their sloppy, almost silly serial number engraving and less than 400.000 were produced. The pin also has been re-attached by the veteran....in a rather sloppy way I have to admit. This is my first MZPP star and I am happy to finally have added one to my collection, and even though the ugly engraving and repair I think this one is a beauty

Definitely still a beauty - this award, along with the Order of the Patriotic War are really nice designs and (compared to TR items) definitely affordable.
