Need opinions on two new badges

I just bought these from a local collector. I believe him to be legitimate and the badges to be good, but I would like your thoughts.

Hello All!
I am by no means an expert on Luftwaffe badges. As such my input might not be 'worth' as much as others however I feel that the Flakkampfabziechen looks way too minty! Almost unissued and seemingly produced yesterday. Perhaps some closer pictures of both the front and the back would help! Is that possible?
looking forward to hearing what the more experienced collectors have to say!

Everyone's opinion is worth something Adrian no matter who you are, this is a discussion forum for members to discuss and therefore give opinions on items so we can learn from each other. So don't be afraid to offer an opinion, it's what the forum is here for.

Regarding the condition of the Flak badge, a minty item shouldn't be dismissed because it looks new. Many of us here have very minty items in our collections that are 100% original. Conversely there are many fakes that we made yesterday that are artificially aged to look like they're seventy years old!

As for the badges, I've never seen a BSW badge with this kind of makers mark before so a new one on me.
