25 Year Faithful Service Medal in box

I have the opportunity to purchase a 25 year Faithful Service Medal that comes in the box. He is asking $100 OBO for it. I don't really know too much about the pricing of these, so would anyone be able to give me a ballpark range and whether or not the price hes asking is good?

For me it would have to be in dead mint condition with no issues.

I see he is open to offers. $75-$80 ? It really depends
