4 medal bar

4 place medal bar with 50 year device. DRGM marked on back. Got this at a local antique mall for $60. Brought it home. Then was asked if I did not like the helmet. Helmet?Then drove back to buy the camo helmet that I did not see even though it was right next to the medal bar. Rich A. in Pa.
