Pretty sure this is a cast fake that someone has painted gold around the chain edge. If it is fake could admin add this to the fake database

Yeah, this is an easy one. No such hinge was ever seen on any KM badges (but it's legit on some silver/gold wound badges). Schwerin badges were of superb quality, but this has very poor details - eagle, swastika and chain are very badly casted. The gold chain is another instant give-away.
