i looked in Ade's sticky but sadly no info on cuffs like this..

i havent seen these before irl, but it was shown to me yesterday...and he wanted to sell.

Any thoughts?

The letters are in some sort of steel wire, but its build up almost like a necklace...see close up of lettering

The substance on the back i think is not glue bot some sort of gom or rubber

Hi, I would stick to buying a regulation "textbook" conventional issue title. There was never a regulation which authorised a version in wire bullion.

By the way, the reason you did not find this one in my article was this is an award and not the "Afrika Korps" formation cuff title.

Here is one from my collection and is the type I would recommend to buy.

Hi Jo, awarded for 6 months service in North Africa. But this could be waved if the soldier was wounded.
