I have been looking at the latest auction catalogue for the November sale. What are peoples views on the cuff title below?

A cuff title "Kurland"

Graues Band mit schwarz gedruckter Aufschrift, Dekorschilden und Randeinfassungen. Ungekürzt mit ca. 33 cm Länge.
Die 1945 von der eingeschlossenen Heeresgruppe "Kurland" lokal hergestellten Bänder wurden notgedrungen aus verschiedenen Materialien, hier Gasplane(?) mit schwarz gummierter Rückseite, gefertigt und sollten lediglich über die halbe Ärmelbreite getragen werden.

Condition: II+ Limit: 400 EURO

There appears to be a restriction on copying the photos from the catalogue.

The description says that it has a "black rubberized reverse and possibly made out of gas-cape material"...
Personally, I have never seen a Kurland CT with such a characteristic...?
