    Default Another Demjansk shield

Hereís a Demjansk shield thatís come from a house clearance, itís in very poor condition and has also been denazified. Iíve been asked to try to sell it and even though I know itís not going to be very desirable in this condition, itíd be nice to have confirmation that itís not a repro before putting it in the classifieds.

Itís magnetic but after searching previous Demjansk queries Iím unsure about the J although it does have 7 logs each side of the bunkers.

It's a type 4.5 by an unknown maker. This shield was used as the design copy for the notorious "Serif J " fake. Although this one is rather rugged, it's still right!

    shame its messed up.
I don't think so, it is what it is and certainly has that "been there" look.

Or maybe that should be "been there and made it back alive" seeing as the de-nazification seems to indicate this possibility, what things has it seen...???
