Anschluss medal criteria

hello all, i was just wondering if Luftwaffe personnel or soldiers in the reserves were entitled to the Anschluss medal. i recently bought a Wehrpass and he was deployed to Austria on the 12th of March 1938 while he was in the reserves (if i am understanding this correctly) thanks for reading
