Any help identifying this medal and badge

Hey guys,can you identify these for me,i've seen the medal before but cant recall what it is and have never seen the disc...

The medal on the left is the war merit medal. I dont know what the disc is.

the item on the right is a licence plate authorization tag, i just seen one on the collectors guild that is very similar.
Im not sure on the writing

the tag on the collectors guild is going for $150 US but that site is very expensive

The Kriegsverdienstmedaille with no ribbon and missing ribbon ring you'll be lucky to give away unfortunately. They are very common complete and for very little money. I would value this one at just a few $/£/€.

The tax / registration discs are worth around 50Euros.
This is what another European dealer is asking ( but they have had 3 listed for some time now )
