Bandspange identification

i've bought this Bandspange/Feldspange, but I don't know the ribbon on the far right. Please help me to identify it.
I can't identify the blue-white ribbon.

Hi,

Did a little research.
Looks like either the Romanian order of the crown or a Finnish Liberation cross I
I'm not too sure on what one. They look very similair.

Is it possible that a small metal decoration (swords or something other) is broken off the ribbon?
The spots on the ribbons are looking like blood, but i'm not sure either...

There is certainly a device missing from the ribbon.

The stains are rust by the look of it.
