Yes, very 'starfishy'.

Seriously though, I don't like this badge as a wartime produced piece. It does not match any known original examples of this very rare badge - I think only a few hundred were awarded. Wartime badges were gilded and of excellent quality, compare an original to the one above.
At best it's a postwar award for the Bundeswehr.

Sorry this is a reprodution I have been looking for one for years and no luck everyone I come a cross are fakes.
