    it looks like a fantasy piece made in eastern europe.
    The poor quality of the enamels and finish are quite typical

    I am more inclined to think this is an old peice of Ladies Jewelry. No Third Reich connection.

    I agree with Ade, I'm thinking Indian made for some reason, it's just giving me that feeling.
