cant figure out this medal

hey everyone, recently i went to a antiques mall, and found a original photo of hitler and a crowd...

how much would this be worth if actually a real original photo?

my main question though is we saw a medal of some sort,

towards the bottom it had the date 1945 and i think i vaguely remember the name ''adolf hitler'' on the bottom as well

and also it had a cut out of either a swastika or maybe some other kind of cross shape

the medal was a copper bronze type


i searched all over the internet for this medal and cant figure out what it is plz help!!!

This doesn't sound good and I fear it is a fantasy piece...
