i apologize if i misunderstand the possible error in your title you refer to as coming from not speaking German and therefore not understanding exactly what you wrote.

your title basically says, "Order of the German Eagle, First Class, with or without swords". what you actually have there, of course, is an "Order of the German Eagle, First Class, with Swords".

I know it has swords... wasnt sure if it was 1st class.... thank you.
