It would be correct if an EKII ribbon were attached in first place or
the extreme left, as the blue Long Service ribbon should come
after the 2 campaign ribbons - ie: KVKII and Ostfront. The last
two German ribbons are commemoratives.
It is customary to wear awards from other countries in last.........

on these examples I have it looks like everything would be ok and in the correct order.
So if the first ribbon on the left were EK_2 it would then be correct. The last ribbon on the right should be the Afrika medal as this was considered an Italian medal and inferior to German awards. We almost always see the Afrika ribbon on the extreme right of an award bar for this simple fact; it wasn't considered a campaign award.
additional bars for reference.
The long service awards took precedence over all three of the annexation medals, and German medals took precedence over foreign ones.
So, yes, if the first ribbon were an EK2 one, the order of precedence would be correct.
However, the last ribbon on the bar is upside down, although Italian recipients of the medal commonly wore it like this. (So that the ribbon "starts" with the Italian colors green-white-red in the correct order, rather than the German colors black-white-red followed by the Italian colors in inverted form.)
