Always found this, one of the most beautiful decorations of the III Reich, so finally decided to have one (sadly not the boxed golden one). This is the bronze version but still I find it a very nice medal

Hi i collect these also this is a very nice bronze cross my first one was also bronze you just need silver and gold now to make the set

I also think that Mutterkreuz is one of the most beautiful awards of the III Reich. And what is even better - prices are still low and I personally have not seen any good fakes jet... So it is still pretty safe to collect original Mutterkreuzes.

Yeap - as Frundsberg said, prices are still low (specially the bronze ones). So hurry up!
It displays very nicely on any collection. Appart from the "design" (that is simple but very nice) we must add the fact that it was a civilian award, given to women. Also one must not forget what, in National Socialist philosophy, represented to have this medal (and the "conditions" one needed to have - and maintain - in order to receive it).
