Looks great IMO, and has the correct spelling on the packet as some were misspelled, the ribbon ? I thought they were supposed to have a weft as shown.

From what I understand, many of these packaged Carl Poellath were found without ribbons. It could easily be a replaced ribbon.
A close up would clear up if the ribbon is an original or not.
