It's a good 4 rivet 'Light' Deschler DKiG. As for an offer price I won't hazard a guess, but the damage does affect the value considerably, so look around at what's out there and then form your own opinion on what it's worth to you.

Nice worn original. The repair can work in your favour if you're negotiating a price for it. It doesn't detract and wouldn't bother me if I was looking to purchase.
