Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe, JE Hammer & Sohne, Geringswalde
A new addition to my small Luftwaffe collection.
I have been searching for the right one of these for a couple of years now. I am happy to have been able to land this one.

Some of the frosting can still be seen on the edges of the eagle.
The hardware.
If you look at the first close up photo of the eagle, you can see a spot of silver in the wreath above eagle. This is solder that has run through from the hinge attachment.
