Erdkampfabzeichen Who is maker?

Hello gents, i have found this erdkampf on some online store and i am interested to buying it. I think its a good wartime piece, it certanly looks genuine, but i am not sure who is producer of this badge. To me it seems that maker is Hammer & Sohne. What are your opinions about this LW erdkampf?

I already have bought unmarked Gustav Bremher erdkampf but i also want to buy this one as well. I wanted to purchase it soon, in a next few days, but i have noticed something and now i have some concerns toward this badge. Hinge on this example is looking different from any other Hammer und Sohne that i can find. Is this just some kind of variation or maybe that hinge was repaired and replaced, because that soldering around the hinge make me think in that way, also all other hinges have that base plate, but this doesnt have that kind of design. What are your opinions about my worries regard that hinge?

I am not aware of an example with a block hinge Franko.

Thanks Ralph, i couldnt be able to find any other JE H&S with this kind of hinge, and i even didnt notice that difference until today. So its good that i didnt purchase this badge yet, and i can do that only when this would be solved. Of corse if there was any reparation on this badge i will not buy it.

I have searched for a while now and still didnt find hinge like that on any JE Hammer und Sohne erdkampf badge and I think that something strange is going on with that hinge, so I am thinkig that original hinge was probably repaired and replaced with this one, maybe even in wartime. But i will pass on this badge because of that.
