I'd rather be A "RaD Man than a Mad Man "
crappy enameling. Any stippling underneath?
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Wow, crappie for sure.
Yes, they are obvious rubbish (to an experienced eye) but I remember a time when I knew far less than I thought I did.
I think these would, as clearly intended, fool the novice at the start point in the hobby who is keen to add what he can to his collection at the keenest price.
That is why it is incumbent upon those of us who know better to spread the word in places like this. This is exactly the kind of tripe that poisons and disaffects the beginners enthusiasm.
Can we ever shout loud enough "do your research" (and join a forum)?
Regards
Mark
Thanks for posting.
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares more about than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature with no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
Thanks for showing these. Here's one that caught me out when I first started. The quality is quiet good, but its miss-shapen. There are lots of diferences, I have marked two of them that seem most obvious to me, with red circles. Doug
Fakes for sure but not one I have see before. The sunburst points are quite sharp compared to some of the old fakes which gave them away. The enamel on these show they are all made in the same place and also show them to be fakes. A waste of postage and handling but a heads up to all. Thanks for showing them G.

Thanks for sharing these. They aren't as bad as some I have seen though.
