Feldspange service badges

Found this feldspange, but is anyone familiar with the combination of the 3 blue servicemedals?
I have never seen their combination, wondering if it is not a copy or fake one!

2 army service medals, and a government faithful service medal? possibly an administrative role judging by his ww1 medals as well.
