It's a good Hobacher solid zinc badge. Catch may or may not have been re soldered, but it's hard to say on this evidence.

Hi Snowman, looks a good solid WH made piece to me, as Ned pointed out , the catch may have been re-soldered ,but I would say it were period done if it has been as it has age to it. Leon.
