    What are the letters on the reverse of the eagle? Can you post a better shot of this? I'm not at all keen so far.

    I think you're right, and yes, it is awful. So both those points and the fact it's been butchered and no other pic's are available (even though that no longer matters) is all that needs saying.

    The eagle is unlike any found on original badges and it has been denazified to make it appear authentic.
