As Joe has pointed out, I, too, think that this badge has probably been cleaned sometimes(probably Several, from the looks of the swastika and wing top edges) in it's lifetime. It is a period worn badge, so this is no surprise, of course. It should make for a fine addition to your collection-it's an excellent Juncker and a nice original case as well. Superb detailing-especially the face of the eagle and the chest feathers. Nice find!
