Re: Group of badges and pins, e.t.c.
Hi Glenn,
The box is a tobacco or cigarette carton. Everything looks to be original. Worth £30? Not to me personally, it's just odds and ends. The Kriegsmarine photo is the only thing I would pick out of the bunch but it's your money and your choice obviously. I would put the money towards a better 'something else' rather than blow it on a few odd bits of tat. Nothing there is easily resaleable but that's just my opinion of course.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Hi mate
IMO Your right about the ribbon!
If this was up for £10-£15 it would be an OK buy.

If you could get the lot for £25 inc P&P. It wouldn't be too bad Glen. No more than that though mate. Stewy

Re: Group of badges and pins, e.t.c.
I defer to more experienced collectors for the "desireability" of this lot but I've seen the 1933 Reichpartytag pin alone (solid bronze specimen with good detail and unmessed with pin, not the hollow type ) go for a lot more than £30 these days...
