Default Grouping / Medals, Iron Cross, Plaque and Breast Eagle

I recently came across a small grouping at a Flee Market. A medal bar, WW2, with some WW1 medals and a WW1 EK2 with a maker's mark that I can not quite identify. I can't get a great photo of the maker's mark, but looks like a "W_?. A breast Eagle and a, what appears to be a 3" round plaque, for a wall, door etc. It has 3 small holes for hanging.
The lady recalls seeing her grandfather wearing the medal bar, when they lived in Germany during WW2. I can't quite recall, but the Grand father's name may have been Von Eckel or Eickel?
Any help on the EK2, Maker Mark Identification and what the Plaque is and says, would be helpful.
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
Nice items, Can't tell you anything about the medal bar or cloth eagle but the plaque is for a member of the NSV, the national socialist people's welfare organization. It would have been used on a door to denote membership.

The EK is likely marked W-S for Wagner & Sohne.

You would need more information than just a medal bar for any kind of search.
The breast eagle should be posted here for authentification.

You could try posting the plaque here, if it is not the correct area, it will get moved.

Thanks for chiming in... Yes, I should have listed the Eagle and Plaque separately... but I thought since it was a grouping, I'd show them all together...
