Heer Flak Badge

Article about: Hi Chaps. Could do with some help on this one. I know the pictures aren't too clever, but I'm afraid they are the best I can get. Any obvious faults, or is it good? Best Mark

I'm afraid it is Mark. This badge is known as the 'Lizardman fake' due to the weird head of the eagle that looks like one of the characters from the T.V. sci fi horror series "V". It's been around for decades under various guises such as Assmann and Juncker and unmarked types all with various rear set ups, my advice is steer clear. Here's a better photo to show the resemblance.

    Regards, Ned.

Cheers Ned, you have just saved me some pennies. Thought it was too good to be true especially for what it was up for.
    Appreciated mate.

Here's another 'Lizardman' fake that's got the identical rear set up as the one Mark was considering and is also unmarked.

    For reference.
