Definitely not an official Third Reich award.
While it may well be an old piece, I think it is pretty obvious that the Hitler coin/medaillon has not always been on this cross, off-center as it is.
The words on the reverse "rechter Ritter" roughly translate as "proper knight". Maybe it's an unofficial decoration of some modern-day "knightly" association, which someone has decided to nazify in order to increase value?
The ribbon appears be the generic cornflower blue one used on various Prussian and Third Reich-era long service awards and is probably also not original to the cross.
Whatever it is, I certainly wouldn't pay the 150 Euros they want for it.
