Hi everyone, please have a look at this minesweeper badge by Schwerin.
To me it looks like an original when comparing to others. Apologies for pics not being great but this is what seller is using on a local auction.

The reverse has a replaced catch and some scratches.

Please let me know if you agree its original piece, or if you think something is not right let me know

It's an original tombak Schwerin.
The catch repair could be a wartime job ?

Still a lot of finish left on that one . Too bad about the catch .

Thank you Raz, I got it for a good price so the repair on the reverse doesnt bother me too much. It really is amazing how gold it looks to the eye, and it has some metallic blue to the water area which is very difficult to get it on the photo.
