On re-consideration, William makes a good point. If he values it at 60 Euro then so will some others which means it would be possible to sell or trade it in the future without too much loss. It is of course an original Juncker, and it's even possible the catch is original (need better photos) so it's only the general wear and the replaced hinge and pin to drag it down. As you say, the obverse looks fine and if the badge gives you pleasure and you don't need the money for food or rent, then why not?
