There is no finish left on the badge. It looks like it has been heavily cleaned at some point. I posted my example to show the difference in finishes...the badge I posted has about 75% of it's original gilt finish. The badge that you are showing has 0% from what I can see...it has been cleaned down to it's base metal.

Can you see the difference?

Oh yeah it is collectable! I'd say that 200-300 Euro is a good fair price for this...even in great condition you'd be hard pressed to get much more than 500 Euro in my opinion.

The badge is sound...just missing it's finish is all.

If it's original and it says Juncker on it, it's collectible.
Chrys is right though, there is no finish left on it and therefore the value would decrease accordingly according to this fact. €150 is a fair price.
