Default Kriegsabzeichen fur die Marine-Artillerie - ask for help

    Hi guys,
I would like to know your opinion about this one zinc navy flak badge marked Schwerin. This one is missing in my flak badges but do not want to make a mistake. Any opinions are welcome. Thanks.

I think it's O.K. There's a pretty good copy of these known under the generic term as the 'Cave Creek Fake' that covers several KM award copies but I think this is a genuine zinc Schwerin CA badge. Better wait for Martin, Norm or Jody to take a look though as they're the KM guys.

I agree with Ned. Looks like a good worn Schwerin zinc Coastal Artillery badge.

    Best regards,

Hi Mike, the boys are spot on as usual, a very nice Zinc Schwerin award. I love the "bubbling" to the reverse, a good sign of an original piece. Leon.
