I would have guessed a fake badge for sure...That eagle is hideous, in my opinion....

Oh well, I rather liked it.....But i'm not experienced enough in these badges i'm afraid.

Believe it or not, that God-awful snake necked eagle was actually Designed to look like that for some unknown reason! This is, of course, a genuine tombak Juncker made Coastal Artillery badge. The gold on the wreath is fading abit, but all there, basically.

Fooled the hell right out of me. I thought the eagle head looked more like a pigeon.
I hold my hands up as i too thought it was dud!...
Yea some of these Coastal artillery eagles are pretty crude... What about the lower arm of the swaz tho? Looks a little gumby-ish. Mabye its just the lighting
imo ok.
