I did hours of research on my one when I got it over a year ago.
To me it looks identical right down to the die flaw on the point of the right bottom peninsular.
I will say that I haven’t seen one with those two flaws on the northern coastline before.
I don’t think it is caused by the soldering of the pins (prongs) as mine are attached above the dates on the back.
    See what the rest say.

    Thanks for the reply Rod,
Did you come to the conclusion that it was a good one?
This one has a paper backing stamped 1942..I don't have a picture, but it is what is putting me off.
    All the best

I found a link where I learned a bit about these, but now we cant see the pictures posted on it for some reason. I could when I first found it, you may get the jest of what they are on about.
It was the die flaw that sealed it for me. Plus everything else they showed also matched.
My one is tunic remove so it has no backing and two of the pins are broken off. So sorry cant help with the backing.
Those two flaws are strange, would bug me why they are there.

    Thanks Rod,
I am fairly confident that it is a good Deumer based on the link that you mentioned.
(I think you just need to be signed in to see the pictures)
The one I pictured at the start looks like a perfect match to the one in post number 10.
I have sent an offer over to the dealer so I am waiting for his response.
Many thanks once again for your time Rod
