I can't say if the wound badge is original, as better photos are necessary...but the other items, which are all common and easily found, look original to me...

hello closer pics would definetly be needed they look ok from a distance.. but the wb looks very shiny or maybe its just the light

These are fairly common and low end medals so the chances of a fake are slim but with just this one photo it's impossible to tell you anything 100%.
