I know these unmarked Ground Assault badges are well copied.
What do you think of this one?

It is an Arno Walpach-produced badge...compares well with mine, especially the small notch cut into the back of the catch which is barely visible and a characteristic only found on original Walpach Erdkampfabzeichen...

I had noticed the notch but had just passed it off as a wear point where the pin had come in contact with the hook..very useful tip Many thanks
