IMO an original badge with a possible replaced hinge. I haven't seen a Berg & Nolte Flak kampfabzeichen with a sheet metal folded hinge before, only a short block hinge or a narrow barrel hinge. The 'C' type roundwire catch is correct for this badge, which was only ever produced in zinc.
