Hello I would like to get some info on this badge I have no Idea what it is for or even if it is something wartime any help would be appreciated thanks

I don't think something like this never existed, I think it may be a fantasy item.

I was told it was for some sort of squadron, it is made like period awards the only thing that I am not sure about is what it is for and the back prongs

John Telesmanich at Germanwarbooty.com has had one of these Courier Squadron badges for sale for a few years already, has it at $195.00...But there is little to no information on this unit that I can find...

There is not much info on them.
I have look at them before because I was interested but to me they are not good.
First the quality is not there.
They are not like combat badges this is more like a lanyard badge but the construction for one is not right.
I have need seen one with the lanyard.
probably some type of fantasy item.

I have seen a line drawing of this badge in "Der Adler" but whether it was ever made as a squadron badge, I don't know.
I was offered one 40 odd years ago and passed. The one I was offered had round pins.
