I have offered this medal Memel and wanted to know if it is original or not? Buy it or not?

Memel medals are quite rare and there seem to be more fakes than originals.

I believe the medal above to be a fake based upon comparisons to originals. The style and execution of certain letters differ as does the ribbon at the bottom of the wreath.
