uboats a fake its very "soft" at the rear the minesweeper would need good close ups to be able to tell post some pictures in the orders section

I think the catch has been repaired on the minensuch abz. too.

I've moved these badges to a new thread.
The U-Boots Kriegsabzeichen is a fake for sure the details are soft and the reverse hardware is not found on originals. I would like to see better pics of the Minensuch Kriegsabzeichen but I believe it to be an original unknown maker, known as the 'flatback'. The catch has definitely been repaired.

thanks Yab much better its definatly original with a replaced pin possibly post war done looks extremely close to a 70s style hinge setup but wait for adrian to say for sure

@ Talltom. I take it you meant a replaced catch,not pin. Unless i've missed something. Stewy

The hinge, pin and catch are original to the badge, it's just the catch has been re-attached at some point.
