My new Frontflugspange Fur Transportflieger in silber

Just got this today thought I would show - too bad the pin is gone. The Frontflugspange für Transport- und Luftlandeflieger was instituted on 19th November 1941 in the grades bronze, silver and gold for 20, 60 and 110 operational sorties. Until that moment the Transport- and Luftlandeflieger were awarded with the Frontflugspange für Kampfflieger. A hanger with the gold grade was instituted on 26th June 1942 for 500 operational sorties. For every 100 more sorties a golden hanger with sorties number was introduced on 29th April 1944.

Hi Eric, very cool badge. I've never had one of these in hand. Interesting difference in the adler from most other Luft badges. I'm putting your notepads and calendars to good use, thanks!

Does anyone know the makers on this? Since the pin is gone I will never know unless it has a commen attruibute with others..

Very nice find,Great condition in my opinion.
The maker info are usely on the badge but with time they get hard to read.

Thanks Chris Ive looked It over well. No marks what I understand Is It was on the pin on these? Wish I had a book on them next to no info on the net.
