Default Narvik Shield, 'small 4' Fake

What are the thoughts on this.

In looking at other examples I'm not convinced it is real. It does not appear to be zinc. Nor tombak and definitely not Cupal.

It feels heavy at 1.3 oz (36 grams) as well

    Thoughts? A Floch fake?

    Thanks!

    Hi Michael,

Your excellent pic's make this one easy, and you are correct to have concerns as this is an old classic of a fake Narvik shield known as the 'Small 4' type.

    Regards, Ned.

    I had that feeling.

    Thanks Ned.

And yes...the photos are pretty stunning LoL.

...now if a Mod could change the title to say "Narvik 'small 4' Fake". That would be a nice reference tool.

    No problem Michael.

Ok...so I took the dog out for a walk and saw this...

    So....

Option 1: Ralph edited his original post to take our "genuine"
Option 2: Ned added "genuine" to his "quote" from Ralph

Just like any other judge, I can be bribed. The first one to send me either a nice Narvik or Cholm shield will be declared innocent.

P.S. Ralph: Ned is whooping you butt here...
